Customers have 30 days from the receipt of any Puku Golf putter to determine their complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will rectify the problem, or you may return the product in its original packaging, and any tools or accessories. Puku Golf will issue a full product refund, excluding reimbursement of your return shipping charges.
Credit card and PayPal transactions are credited to the original account within 30 days of receiving the merchandise back in new condition. Putters not returned in new condition, improperly packaged, or damaged will be subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee.
