Puku Golf's 1 Year Warranty
All new Puku putters have a 1 year warranty. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship of the shafts, adjustment mechanism, and club head. This warranty is non-transferable and is valid only for the original purchaser.

*This Warranty Does Not Cover:
Puku Golf is not responsible for deterioration of the product due to abuse, accidental damage or improper handling. The warranty does not cover any damage caused by alterations, adjustments or repairs made by any unauthorized persons. Normal wear and tear. Cosmetic applications; including paint, clear coat, or decals. Improper assembly, improper follow-up maintenance or Installation of parts or accessories not originally intended for, or compatible with, the putter as sold. Any damage, failure or loss caused by accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, theft, or failure to follow instructions or warnings in owners manual. This warranty is void in its entirety by any modification of the components. Under no circumstances does this limited warranty include the cost of shipment or transportation to or from Puku Golf or an authorized Puku Golf dealer. This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective item and is the sole remedy of the warranty. This warranty extends from the date of purchase, applies only to the original owner, is not transferable, and offers no cash refunds.

Returning a Product:
If you need to return an item, contact Puku Golf by email and request a RA Number (Return Authorization). Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Puku Golf will repair the product or replace it, and return it at our expense.
